DLA TO PIP Changeing Over was created by Boopee24
Hi, I recently got Pip forms and have sent them back to the Dwp, told on the phone may take up to 16 weeks to process claim forms, my question is will I get any more Dla in this period or not, just that I have financial commitments like rent to pay for, don't want to go into debt.

Providing your form is returned on time and you attend any assessment that is required then your DLA will remain in payment until four weeks after a Decision on your PIP claim is made.
