Hi Just received my Appointment today 6th January its for Saturday 12th January, i have rang them up and asked if it can be audio recorded, they have said that they would get back in touch if it was not available on that date, also they must have know my medical certificate runs out on the 9th of this month, i will be renewing it its for depression im also due an operation on the 20th and will need six to eight weeks rest afterwards i sent the hospital appointment in also why could there have not waited until at lest march seems like they have rushed it through knowing i have an operation coming up and knowing my sick note just runs out can i ask for another appointment at a later date.
Maximus makes appointment by computer on a first come first serve basis, the system will have taken no account of your operation nor will they have any knowledge of your Fit Notes. I'm afraid sometimes a coincidence is just that and no more.
