You need to notify the Assessment Provider for your postcode and the DWP that you will be away from your home and the relevant dates. You can find the AP from the following link
www.gov.uk/government/publications/pip-postcode-map-uk If you don't then you run the risk of an appointment being booked for when you are away and a failure to attend can lead to your claim being closed.
