Hello, I am trying to fill in my PIP form for the first after moving over from DLA. My question is when filling out the forms, do you write it all out as if you don't take medication as that would change the score level. I have severe spinal pain so would be very limited i what I could do off the meds. On DLA I was on lower rate on the help at home and higher rate help with getting around. I have a Motability car so very worried it will be taken away.

Thank you for your help,
You must write as your conditions affect you, this means taking into account the effects of prescribed medicine that you would normally take.
