Thank you for replying to my post
I did photograph every page. Unfortunately, when I printed them off they are quite dark, although the pictures are perfect clarity on my phone. Unfortunately I did not get proof as the post office was closed and I was worried about the delays with post over the christmas period. I know other people who have received a letter from dwp when their form has not been received and they have at least been given a chance to give their side.
I am not too well at the moment and am waiting on an appointment at the hospital. I really feel like I don't have the energy to deal with all this. Can I not send the pictures from my phone to them by email. Also if they do not reinstate my claim can I not put in a new one on these grounds.

I'm afraid the DWP don't normally accept email communication from claimants, although you can ask.
You can make a new claim for ESA but you will only be paid ESA during the Assessment phase if six months have elapsed since your original claim was closed or you can show that you have a new condition or your existing ones have deteriorated so that you would be reasonably certain to receive an award.
If a Decision in your favour is made then you should receive back payments of the ESA Assessment rate.
