pip medical form was created by angie
Hi my husband recently had his home assessment for pip, the assessor didnt ask many questions and didnt ask about help my husband needs at night, he stayed about an hour and left, my question is are there any medical forms i should be requesting to look at so i can find out what has been written about my husbands disability, and if so what are they and how long after the assessment should i ask for them, his assessment was on jan 9th

You should be able to get a copy of the assessment report by contacting the DWP office dealing with his claim, address and phone number will be on the letter that accompanied the PIP2.
Unlike DLA which specifically took account of night time needs, PIP doesn't! It focuses on the severity of the claimants problems to make an award.
