This is not a medical so any examination will be done without the need for you to remove any clothing, typically they look at the range of movement and strength that you have in your legs, arms and hands. They may take blood pressure and some claimants might be asked to do a Flow test if relevant to their conditions.
Home assessments are not significantly different with the possible exception of the latter two tests.
