PIP additional information

Hi. This might sound silly but in completing the PIP form can I type and print out answers and attach them to the relevant pages. Or do I have to start the form in handwriting and cross reference to the Q15 space? There's not enough room for the medication and consultants details. I thought it might be neater. Thanks

You can certainly produce as much, or little, of the answers as you like on the computer. We tend to recommend printing on separate sheets and attaching them to the back of the form as trying to stick them onto the page can make it difficult to scan into the computer. If you do this, make sure that you have clearly referenced this on the text box related to the question.
