Hey!!!
So, I have anxiety, panic attacks and agoraphobia. DWP assessment (ESA) was a shambles and focused more on my appearance than my illness (perhaps a crush? Lol).
Tribunal was today. I called this morning, said I couldn't bring myself to go so they were going to call at 4pm instead.
Well, 12pm today and I get a call - instant panic mode! It was the clerk who informed me that the tribunal was cancelled because they had looked at the evidence and put me in the support group! I was actually trying just for the WRAG so you can imagine my amazement.
6 months of stress, tears and panic. It's all over. £3000 backdate and weekly money increased. Thank you to this website. All of my tribunal evidence was gathered by using these guides. I used the submission templates too. I do have a knack for persuasive writing so that may have helped.
Thank you thank you thank you!

That's great news Marie, thanks for letting us know
Well done for sticking with this until you got what you deserve.
It can take DWP around 8 weeks to action this and get payments started, you might be able to speed this up by sending them a copy of the decision letter.
