Just wanted to convey my thanks to the site for its excellent guides and moderators. I had my appeal in East London earlier this year and won! I was able to highlight the descriptors I felt I met thanks to the advice from the guides. If it is of use to anyone wondering about how long things take to get your appeal heard, my tribunal date was exactly 3 months after I was sent the letter from the clerk acknowledging receipt of my appeal papers. Good luck to everyone. Take comfort and control from using the guides and rest assured the tribunal are there to listen to what you say.

Congratulations on the Tribunal Decision. Well done.
It usually takes the DWP 5-8 weeks to process a Tribunal Decision, I would give them a call on Monday to make sure that they have received the Decision Notice.
