Hello almost ready to send my sons completed PIP form in having been granted extra time to do so. One question, it advises in the help pages of pip not to send details of hospital appointments etc
within your pip claim form. I have kept every single one since last DLA assessment. Does it not show the seriousness and the length of conditions of an applicant if you include these within the form ? Your guidence would be appreciated.

It's up to you what you include, if you do send them then I would only send the last year or two at most. They are indicative of treatment but don't really attest to the problems your son has completing the PIP activities.
