DLA TO PIP Payments

hello, i recently helped my uncle fill in the esa form, whilst still awaiting the outcome i have a pip form to help him with,i omitted to mention on the esa form that he has a prostate problem which causes him to visit the toilet frequenty during the night and he often leaks afterwards,because i did not know about the leaking.I cant see how he can score any points on the pip form with this, i was just wondering would it be worth mentioning in any case thanks

I suppose you could try to argue that your uncle is unable to manage his toilet needs - I can't see him scoring points for this otherwise.

Our stance is always that DWP/assessor cannot take into account things that you do not tell them, If you do tell them, you have nothing to lose other than your time and ink.
