If your MR has been refused then the next stage is to request an appeal from the Tribunal Service.

The PIP Appeal guide has a link to the SSCS1 form that you will need to complete and instructions on how to complete the form, you don't have to go into detail at this time as to why you are appealing, you can do this once you have received the DWPs submission.

I had my medical on 23rd dec and got decision on 29th dec exactly 3 working days! no way everything was read....
