Hello, I am working on discrediting my Mandatory Reconsideration Report and on my form I listed anxiety and depression underneath FM/ME as they are significant symptoms and part of the complexity of my main conditions, I put when the diagnoses was made for FM/CFS, and left it blank for anxiety/depression as have not been diagnosed with anxiety and depression, but blurted out that I had during the assessment and the HP has focused on mental health and not my primary condition. Any suggestions on how I clear this please? Thank you.
