ESA upgrade without the E50 questionnaire form

hello people, I am being pay more money than the same as JSA (£75) meanwhile waiting to be assessed and put in one of the two groups of ESA. Yes I received a letter from the DWP telling me about This change because there was 'more money coming in' (the DWP said)?!???
I haven't filled the E50 form also so that's somehow weird.
Anyone has any idea why it is happening?
I would appreciate any information or opinion on that.
