I have looked at the self-test for PIP, and I assume I wont get any points for washing, as I can actually wash myself, the problem being that a lot of days due to rapid cycle bipolar I don't actually have the motivation to wash at all, and therefore don't even with prompting - Would I score points for this?

All of the PIP activities have to be completed "reliably" and "on the majority of days", if your bipolar means that you do not have the motivation to wash then this is something that is relevant and may lead to your scoring points.
