Latest ESA & PIP Claim forms in editable (and sava

Hi all,

Does anyone know if the latest (the ones currently used - obvious, I know) ESA & PIP Claim forms are available in PDF , Please? (The ones that are editable & and where you can 'save' the content you type into it, as you go along).

If so, does anyone have z direct link to each, please?

Both forms for Adults (over 16 yeats of age).

However, there is no equivalent for PIP. Every PIP2 form sent out will have a unique barcode identifying the claimant and it is this form that must be returned.

If necessary, you can answer all PIP questions in a word document, mark the text box with something like 'see additional sheet x' and attach all sheets firmly to the back of the PIP2.
