Appeal process and the DWP was created by David
Having gone through the MR stage, which is pretty much rubber stamped, would the DWP look at the claim in more depth before taking it to tribunal ? I know that a lot of people cannot face the stress of an appeal but could starting the process be a way of getting the DWP to properly re-evaluate the evidence and then with draw the appeal if they decide not to change their decision.

The DWP will look at the information submitted as part of an appeal but often don't until immediately before the hearing.
