I am without sight for all intense and purposes. I have always relied on provision of sighted guidance for all my outdoor activities eg appointments ( GP, hospitals,diabetic podiatry etc),shopping,travelling on buses,in taxis and at home bathing,meals,dressing taking medication etc. I am totally reliant on my wife,carers,support workers who are all specially trained to assist people with no vision.I am unable to carry out these activities without assistance. Would these people be classed as an aid? Preparing PIP completion. Doing my homework on both PIP2 and AR1. Should i concentrate on both or am i likely to receive AR1? If Ar1 sent can you request PIP2 instead? Patel ]
