First of all read the PIP Claim guide to make sure that you understand the criteria against which you are being assessed, the PIP2 does a poor job of explaining these.
www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claimants/pip For each activity try and break it down into the issues you have, so for Preparing Food; maybe you have problems holding a knife, standing for periods of time in the kitchen and lifting pans on and off the hob. For each of these explain your problems using the formula that is included in the guide. When you're happy you have done this, transfer your answer to the PIP2.
