Am I able to get a copy of the info I gave over the phone when registering my wish to apply for PIP(from DLA)? I found the DWP rep very fast and aggressive and i want to check that the 2 medical reference details i gave have been recorded correctly. Also, do i have to repeat these 2 on the actual PIP1003'How your disability affects you' App. Thanks.
