A question about PIP appeal

Thanks for the response Gordon,

I thought you could only have them look again at your claim again once every six months. I don't know where I got that from!

I am going to start the whole process again but now I am a member here I will follow the documentation from the start and hopefully not have to go through the appeal again!

All I was appealing was to get the enhanced mobility rate but I felt that given the appeal room was further than 20m from the waiting room I was not going to have much luck.

Oh well never mind - here we go again!

Just a wee update I have emailed the Tribunal Service to ask them for a copy of the ‘statement of reasons for the decision’.

Once I get that I will post back what it says!
