Hi, applied for income related ESA Sept '16. ( having been migrated from incapacity Ben in 2013 to ESA contribution for 1 year) Got through yesterday, it was processed in Oct but there is a backlog. Anyone else in this position? Thanks!
Are you saying that it is the financial assessment, rather than your actual ESA assessment, that is taking so long? Hence you are no longer getting any ESA payments as the 365 days has been used?
If this is the case, I think your MP should be able to help get things moving
