I'm going in for major surgery in 4 weeks, and the form was so early and unexpected, given my present ongoing health problems. But I know it has to be completed. What I would like an answer to is: how does surgery affect the requirement to attend a medical? The reason I am asking is because I did have to cancel a Tribunal Hearing in the past due to surgery, and they were extremely accommodating and understanding, rearranging it to give me sufficient time to recover from the operation.
