Timescales following report in change of circumsta

I was awarded enhanced pip for both care and mobility last year due to the effects of my cancer treatment. I didn't need a f2f and it was sorted very quickly. I reported an Improvement which was mainly in my mobility and sent back the new pip 2 which was received 9 Dec and passed to atos 19/1. This may be asking how long is a piece of string but is there a time frame the provider has to assess? I am starting to wish i hadn't been as honest
