Helping someone who had a home assessment last week where I sat in on it.
At the end of the brief assessment the HP stated it was going to go for audit. Having checked a few days sure enough it had.
Having looked through the PIPAT and DWP guidance for HP/AP it appears that the only way for sure that a HP would know if it the report would be audited if it was a Approval related audit, in short the HP is a trainee. Other types of audit such as rolling, targeted, lot-wide or new entrant are not 100% audits and the HP would not know if the assessment file was to be audited.
So my brief question is, once returned to the DWP post audit, can a request for the audited report including and iterations and the audit grading be requested at the same time as the PA4,
I know rework will produce another PA4 and supplementary advice will produce a PA5 or PA6 but I'm unsure what an audit will produce? Any ideas
