When applying for PIP, the only thing that matters is how well you fit the criteria for each descriptor. The DWP are not interested in your medical history, only how it affects your ability to perform daily tasks. It does not matter how many errors are made in the HP report, your only concern is the descriptor and how it does or does not reflect your reality
