Hi I have a medical assessment for ESA last yr in April. I was refused then after the refusal again for mandatory reconsideration I did the court appeal. I won in to support group I'm pleased to say. Now I've been called to have transfers from DO A to PIP. I have a face to face assessment at my home (which I didn't ask for) I included the court appearance letter with my pack. Do I really have to go through this again less than 12 months later? Many Thanks for all your hard work . Karan.

ESA and PIP are different benefits awarded for different reasons, so I'm sorry but yes you need to be available for this assessment.
