Hi Can anyone help me with this question? My daughter has been off work since June last year with a relapse in her mental health. She is still technically employed though not receiving any money from her employer - her statutory sick pay ended in December. She has just been assigned to the support group for ESA. She became pregnant in October lat year - the baby is due in July. Is she entitled to either maternity pay or maternity allowance and if so, how does she go about getting it? Many thanks.
