I had a telephone call from job Center plus call Center (Basingstoke ) informing me that my wife has to go to the local job Center to be questioned about what help she may need or what they can offer regarding my ESA claim and condition, MS. All ESA claimants have to go for interview when claim has been ongoing for a while like mine. Has any body else been called to,attend a interview??

I'm afraid partners are required to attend these, although you can ask for the appointment to be held over the phone, deferred or even cancelled if it would be of no use.

I'm afraid attendance in mandatory unless the requirement is removed and your ESA can be suspended if she does not attend.
