I have heard people are to change over from benefits such as tax credits from 2019- 2022 is that correct? i presume people on ESA are the last to change over (read that somewhere too) I suppose PIP is outwith UC.
Do you know any further about these changes and whether this is correct? thanks

Based on the success of the project so far; 2019 may be optimistic but at some time all claimants receiving Income Related benefits will be migrated to Universal Credit.
As to how any migration will be done , there is no information, it will require legislation to be passed.
