DWP have changed the regulations fo rPIP
1. Changes Activity 3 of daily living activities. Managing health conditions
2. Activity 13 ( or I of the Mobility Activities)
descripotors C, D & F now do not include "Psychological Distress" as a reson to awrd the relevent points for thos activities.
This effectivly reverses the Recent Three Judge UT decision on this activity (2016 UKUT 531 AAC)
