Hi All, Sorry to bother so thick but I just don't understand lastest newsletter. I received 4 pts for Planning journey. I believe I should have been awarded at least 10 as I cannot plan or uptake unfamiliar journeys due to Lack of concretion from medication Topimate + severe anxiety , ptsd& Did. Assessor said in report I suffered all the above conditions , could go to shop with some1. Never mentioned planning & undertaken journey in report. I was awarded enhanced daily living rate 4 5 yes. Not sure whether to go 4 MR , is it worth the hassle, yet with new judges report Maybe. Can you please explain lastest newsletter am so confused, does it mean physiological illnesses do not Count! Thanks in Advance.
The UTT Decision only effects Descriptor (d) and (f), these are still considered to be primarily about the ability of the claimant to follow or navigate a route, you would need to show that your mental health issues incapacitate your to such a degree that you would be unable to continue to navigate the route.
