Hi, i received a email from CHDA, in October stateing after theyd received a letter from my GP id get a home assessment, it stated on the Email if my GP sent another letter explaining how my condition affects my day to day living, the Heath worker would reassess the need for a Assessment and remain in the SG until my Pension date in 3.6 years time, my GP sent a letter, and as off today ive heard nothing!, am i "rocking the boat!" to contact them, or should i just leave it all alone! i have never had a letter from the DWP office stateing im in the SG appart from the first Award in 2009,A Phonecall in 2012 and one ES 10 form to fill in last june.(2016) CB
