If a WCA face-to-face is recorded, is the cd/tape the assessor has then forwarded to the DWP along with the ESA85 report, and if so, do you have any idea how long it is kept for?

It would be returned with the claimants file as Maximus do not retain any clamant information once an assessment is completed, I would expect it to be destroyed once 13 months have elapsed from the date of any Decision, as this is the maximum period available within which an appeal can be made.
