Do you think when completing the PIP changes only form and no changes, to attach a copy of the DM 'Statement of Entitlement 'report (often 1 sheet) showing why you were rewarded the relevant points when you were last assesssed, if they are still applicable? The same could be done when being reassessed for ESA to include your previous copy of ESA85A if no changes? Would this help if you went to appeal as the DWP would be disputing their original decision?
