Pip standard rate car tax

Hi I'm still here surving thanks to your help and support . I am in the process of taxing my car . I was higher rate mobility DLA but in September I was moved to standard rate PIP . Can I go to the Post Office or do I have to send my documents to the DVLA? Thank you soooo much couldn't survive without you . Regards sue ( crazy cat lady )

I didn't know that you could claim car tax if you are on standard mobility I can't drive my husband drives me would I still be entitled.
