getting a recording of ESA WCA was created by Dwain
Hello,

My wife has been on ESA for 3 years.

My wife been sent a new ESA50 form in order to continue on ESA

She has mentioned on the form, in answer to one of the questions that She would like a recording of the interrogation/interview due to memory problems.

She was not sure to request this in a covering letter with the ESA50 or if there is another requirement to request this recording officially.

Any help appreciated.

I would contact Maximus directly once the ESA50 has been returned, there is a template letter in the ESA section that you can use to make the request.
