Hi,
Looking at my report for pip which I've asked for a mr to be done. I've noticed the np has written about my aids and help needed and documented it but when looking at actives it has scored nil points this is constant through out the report on mobility as well.
Do I have to go through all the descriptors again

Maybe you have not showed that you need to use the aids in order to be able to complete the activities, aids and appliances must be required, rather than just used.
