Still recall the absolute sham our PIP Tribunal was. A Doctor (Professor)! who could barely speak English !! and expected us to answer why Doctors and Professor's had prescribed medicines, upto and including morphine, from on set in 1985 to present.
My family work in the Criminal Justice system, and after witnessing, first hand, the format of my PIP tribunal, they commented that "It's no wonder there are so many innocent people in jail" There was no attempt to even explore how the DWP had reached their decision, never mind how they justified it !!! It is all about the money for the Government, and their battle cry, is we will give more support and cash to those who are worst off, oh no you don't !! people on the highest rates of the allowance do not get an extra penny............................
