locked for clinic appointment please? Just had PIP call & I asked for a home visit, they said no because of this. I did ask why & they said that they couldn't tell me as there was nothing on the screen. Many thanks.

You will need a letter from your GP explaining why you cannot attend at their offices if you are to have any chance of a home assessment.
