Has anybody who has been for a face to face assessment and had the assessor saying she was ill. I went and first thing she said was she was having a migraine. I have lost low care component and high rate mobility. I am in the process of doing a mandatory recommendation. does anybody know if this will be a good point to fight my mandatory recommendation as in my eyes she was not fully fit to do her job hence me losing all my points.

Unless you can reasonably show that this had a specific effect on the report that they wrote then I doubt that there is much mileage in reporting it,
