Submitting medical evidence for a PIP tribunal was created by Joey123
Hi there, Whats the latest time before your PIP appeal can you give further supporting medical evidence. Is it 7 days or can you submit further evidence right up to the day of your appeal.

Your information needs to be with the TS no later than seven days before the hearing or you risk it being adjourned because they could not circulate the information to all parties
It is usually acceptable to provide additional evidence on the day providing it is no more than one side of A4 , if you do then bring at least six copies.
