Hi i have congestive cardiac failure and have lost 29% of heart function.
I have an ESA assesment on Saturday and i am worried about what to expect. I have looked at help online but still feel very anxious. does anybody have any advise please.

My best advice is to try not to overthink it, assessments rarely go as you expect them to and you could spend a lot of time worrying about it, between now and Saturday when you don't need to.
