esa tribunal was created by billmagpie
having recently lost esa appeal tribunal I just received a Statement of Reasons. It was clear that what ever I had said at the tribunal was either totally ignored or my words were twisted around, some statements in the letter were untrue others were deceitful insinuations, compounded with contradictions and typing errors. Who do I make a complaint to??? And is it worth making a complaint.

If you believe that there has been an Error of Law then you should apply for either a Set Aside or an Appeal to the Upper Tribunal. There should be a pamphlet with the SoR that explains how to do this.

What is an Error of Law?

If you want to make a complaint about the conduct of the Judge in compiling the SoR.

Complaining to the Tribunal Service
