Immunocompromised?? was created by Rea
Would anyone know if being immunocompromised would be classed as being placed at a 'substantial risk' please. I had a liver transplant followed by acute rejection and was then placed on high dose of immunosuppresant tablets. These have dampened down my immune system making me susceptible to lots of infections.

Thanks for any help.

I think you could argue that you meet he Substantial Risk criteria in regard to Regulation 29 (WRAG), as it is in regard to your working, but you may struggle to do so for Regulation 35 (SG), as it is in regard to Work Related Activity and the DWP may argue that you can do this in your own home and therefore the risk is mitigated.

Have a look at the ESA Claim guides for more information.
