The rules under PiP state if you are over 65 on the 13 April 2013 is there any plans for this group to be sent for rtf in the coming years if not why have the government done this it seems grossly unfair to target tg e under 65 on this issue

There are no current plans to invite DLA claimants over 65 in April 2013 to claim PIP.
They picked 65 as the cut off age because it corresponded to the ages when you could last make a claim for DLA or PIP.
