Sorry to ask what might be a silly question, I have been getting esa support since Feb 2014 but have received letter headed your claim for esa and changes to rates payable.Then the letter says we have looked at your claim again following a recent change, then goes on to give me a break down of my benefit rates from date I first claimed up to April this year ,then the letter states if I think the design is wrong I can ask for mandatory reconsideration I have 28 days to do so ,what is this all about Thanks
Sounds like the annual 'uprating' letter, giving details of the rate for the next year - especially if you have not been going through the reassessment process recently.
