How long are Mandatory Reconsiderations taking now (particularly when an ESA reassessment is being disputed) in different parts of the country. I am controlled by the Wolverhampton DWP office.
If my ESA reassessment decides I am fit for work, I am debating whether or not to apply for JSA whilst the MR is done. If it is just 10 days (as is mentioned) I could afford it, but if it is 6 weeks I cant.
(moderators: please redirect me if this is covered in another thread, I cant find it)

Whilst MRs can take as little as a week a more reasonable time is 4-6 weeks and they can take months to process.
