DWP response time

About 3 weeks ago, I sent the DWP a letter regarding my ESA. It was a fairly detailed letter regarding savings and taxable and non taxable pension withdrawal limits etc. In your experience, what are the chances of getting a reply, as my query can't be answered by a standard letter?

This is a 'how long is a piece of string' question. Especially because, as you say, this is not a standard issue. I would have expected you to have heard something by now though. I suggest you ring DWP and ask what is happening.
